MEET OUR CAKE DESIGNER
Jazz Bird Bakery is a custom wedding cake and special occasion cake bakery serving Galveston and surrounding areas. We specialize in creating exquisite, handcrafted cakes and confections that add a touch of sweetness to your special moments. Cake designer and owner Erin has a passion for baking and attention to detail to ensure that each creation is not only delicious but also a work of art. Erin will work tirelessly to bring your vision to life. Whether it's a grand wedding or an intimate celebration, she is dedicated to exceeding your expectations.
At Jazz Bird Bakery, we take pride in our product, with a focus on quality ingredients and personalized designs, we are committed to making your experience with us memorable and delightful. We do our best to use ethically sourced milk and eggs and everything is baked from scratch. Erin uses European techniques that she learned at the International Culinary Center in New York City. She also has a BFA in fine art from Colorado State University.
Because we use European techniques, the flavors at Jazz Bird Bakery are less sweet, not like you might be used to here in the south. It's one of the best cakes you'll ever taste. The name Jazz Bird came from Erin's love for singing old jazz tunes.
