I prepare a take away box for you to pick up, then a follow up email can be done to discuss future plans to move forward with your cake.
CHANGES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All orders will come with a description “contract/invoice” which will cover all details of the cake. This description must be agreed upon before the cake is made. Your cake must be paid in full before it is made and/or picked up.

A: We prefer to have at least a 1 month prior to your event to guarantee the date is available for you.
Q: Can we come in the bakery and pick up last minute cakes and treats?
A: No, I’m currently a one woman show and do not have a brick and mortar shop that has pre-made treats. We are appointment only.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, if your cake is for a wedding or large event, I do deliver, for a $25-$50 fee. Otherwise we can arrange a time for you to pick up.
Q: What is the best way to contact you for an order or tasting?
A: Email! I like to have everything written out so we both don’t miss anything. Jazzbirdbakery@gmail.com or through the contacts form on this website.
Q: What payment methods do you take?
A: I like to use Zelle and Applepay, I occasionally accept Venmo, and cash app, so please let me know which works best for you. I take credit card payments at farmer's markets only.
